When your computer is running there are different number of processing jobs running ta the same time. Not all running tasks are related to each other. You may end one task but let others still work fine. For example, if MS word id crashed, you end task the MS word without end tasking your MS Excel. The last resolution would be to restart the PC fist though the window’s options and then physically by pressing the hard power or restart button on your PC.
